About the Director

MARTINS OYIN KINGSLEY is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Worthy Plan Empowerment Initiative.

My drive as an Agency Head was the harsh and unimaginable realities that have played out in our faces, seeing people go through a lot, trauma, deep in lack and the drastic effects on children, the drop out of school children and all forms of force and compulsory labour among children, the inadequate development and empowerment of adolescent boys and girls into useful human resource. the young mothers and the realities of no proper provisions, commitments and measures that protect and support these group’s social welfare.

I hold in strong term the vision to make possible a future when there is no more poverty and health crises, and every person’s dignity is protected, especially the vulnerable groups and their caregivers cared for, developed and empowered, and all forms of positive inclusions are prioritized among communities while advocating for systems through which women and children will be cared for.

Worthy Plan Empowerment Initiative’s actions and programs in the humanitarian response space have been impressive and impactful.

I appreciate the worthy plan empowerment initiative team and other actors and stakeholders as we continue to provide humanitarian assistance through health care, protection and WASH.
